Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church | Website
I recently helped Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church create a new website to replace their older, outdated Wix site. I developed the information architecture for the new WordPress site, wrote new copy, created the page layouts, etc. Aaron Bowden, with SwellBuilt, assisted with the core installation and site development. Chris Gambino filmed the video, and Teryn Gregson helped with editing, project management, and creative input.
Renaissance Creative | My Agency Portfolio
There may be no better way to gauge my work than to view the portfolio of Renaissance Creative, the agency I founded and ran for 15 years. We focused in real estate and were responsible for marketing and branding many of North Florida's largest and most successful communities. I served as Co-Creative Director, Copywriter and led marketing strategy. We were named one of Jacksonville's fastest-growing companies 5 years in a row, maxing out at 25 team members. Many talented individuals contributed to the work here. I am proud of how the creative has stood the test of time. That says something.
AON Hospitality | Website & Brand Development
AON Hospitality provides over 20 years of experience in real estate development. The company is the hospitality arm of Sage Development. We helped brand this new division. I created the positioning statement, "People. Passion. Purpose." to communicate the organization's values. I planned the structure for the website, wrote all the copy and provided detailed creative direction. I really love the way it came out.
Masterpiece Design Group | Website
Masterpiece Design Group is a premiere interior design firm in Winter Park, FL. They asked for help in creating a new website. I led the creative direction for the site, provided copywriting/editing, developed the information architecture, identified the theme, etc. Due to the highly visual nature of their business, I selected a theme that had a unique homepage layout with multiple full-page images that linked to various areas of their business. My team members Courtney and Jason finalized the design and development for the site.
CSI Companies | Website & Brand Refresh
I was very excited to launch this new website for CSI Companies, a company that provides custom solutions in the areas of talent, technology & managed workforce services for Fortune 500 clients. It was a BIG job that involved a thorough brand analysis (surveys, etc.), new positioning, taglines, complete reorganization and redesign of their website, etc. I developed the new site structure, page layouts, wrote copy, etc. It was a very collaborative effort with their internal team and ours. Our developer/designer Luis did a fantastic job with the final font- and back-end design and development.
Rogers Towers Attorneys at Law Website
Rogers Towers is one of Florida's oldest, largest and most respected law firms. In conjunction with its 120th anniversary, my agency led a brand refresh that included a new website design. The site was large, but a worthwhile challenge. We introduced videos into the site as well as new photography of the firm and its attorneys that showcased them in a more modern way. I provided the new site architecture, copywriting and overall creative direction/design with a great deal of support from Kayla Berlin, who served as co-creative director, and Chris Falzone who handled final design & development.
UF Health Virtual Visits Telemedicine | Ad Campaign
July 30, 2018 - This is a UF Health telemedicine campaign that I wrote on a sub-contract basis for their local agency. I wrote the taglines, headlines and all body copy for posters, flyers, rack brochures, banner ads, and social media ads, as well as a slideshow for presentation in waiting rooms. The agency handled creative direction and graphic design.
Coleman Talley Law | Sponsorship Ad
With so much digital work, I don't get a chance to work on print ads much, but here was a fun little project - a full-page sponsorship ad for placement in a local Rodeo program. The ad was for Coleman Talley, a well-known, 85-year-old mid-sized law firm with offices in FL and GA. The firm was a sponsor for the 13th Annual Berrien County Cotton Blossom Roundup Rodeo. I came up with this western-themed ad, designed to resonate with rodeo enthusiasts while communicating the values of the firm.

Kings Preserve | Website & Brand Development
Kings Preserve is a new 742-home master-planned community offering relaxed family living in a beautiful natural setting (over 50% of the community is dedicated to preservation area) in Jacksonville, FL by premiere developers, Corner Lot and DLP Capital. I led the creative direction for the naming and brand development of the community which included the name, logo, sales flyers, and this website. For the website, I provided the site architecture, copywriting, image selection, and page design specs. My teammate Kayla also contributed heavily as Project Manager and Assistant Creative Director.
One Stop Housing Quarterly Investor Update
This is a working concept for a quarterly update for investors in One Stop Housing, one of Florida and the Southeast's premiere developers and managers of affordable workforce housing. The developer wanted a more professional look for the quarterly investor presentation that felt more like a newsletter. So, I created a branded template for him, calling it "Outlook". This piece includes a corporate overview with multiple stories that apply to all investors, as well as individual pages detailing each property performance that goes to the appropriate individual investors.
LandSouth Construction | Website & Brand Refresh
LandSouth is one of the largest and most respected multifamily construction companies in the Southeast. We won RFP to redevelop their website to provide for improved UX and easier CMS self-management. They are a big company and it was a large site, that morphed into a brand refresh through the site. I developed the initial site architecture, design direction and copy which evolved over months of work into a great finished project. My teammate Courtney took the lead with the final front-end design/development with assistance from Luis. A big lift. A great result.
Chemours | Mining Reclamation Video
This video is for Chemours, an NYSE-listed chemicals company that spun off from DuPont. Named one of the world’s most responsible companies, they wanted to show their mining land reclamation program. After collecting minerals, they restore mine sites to their original state. I worked with their team to learn the process, wrote a script, and developed interview questions for a dozen people to tell the story in their own words. My teammates AJ & Courtney then directed the shoots at multiple locales and working with videographer/editor Michael LeGrand & the Chemours team, created the final edit.
